We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order or request a refund. Please read our cancellation and refund policy below.

Cancellation Policy

We do not accept cancellation requests after 12 hours of placing an order. Once an order is placed and confirmed, we start processing it immediately to ensure prompt delivery to our customers. Therefore, we cannot guarantee cancellation after this timeframe.

Refund and Exchange Policy

We strive to ensure that all orders are shipped correctly and arrive in good condition. However, we issue exchanges only under two conditions:

  • Wrong product received (Package opening video required).
  • Manufacturing defects (Package opening video required).

Please note that we do not offer refunds for products that have been used, tried, opened, or damaged by the customer. We also do not offer refunds for shipping costs. We offer free replacements only for products with manufacturing defects.

Important Note: Due to sanitary and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for innerwear products.
